To IHE, affordable housing means providing quality homes which are designed and priced to meet the worldwide demand for innovative, low-cost housing.

The I.H.E. Home Package

IHE home designs which range from 32m2 to over 240m2 all utilize the same high quality materials for the assembly of the structure, and the same construction sequence in building large numbers of homes. The structure includes the wall, floor and roof framing, insulation, wiring, plumbing piping and fittings, drywall interior and plaster/stucco exterior. The finishes, including the windows, doors, cabinets, appliances, roofing, plumbing and electrical fixtures, as well as amenities such as tiled floors and air-conditioning, represent the overall cost difference between the most affordable IHE home and the most luxurious.
